
What is HYROX?
HYROX is a unique global fitness race designed for athletes of all levels, combining running and functional workout stations.
It consists of eight 1-kilometre runs, each followed by a functional workout.
These workouts include a variety of exercises such as rowing, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, farmer’s carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls, and SkiErg.
The combination of running and functional exercises ensures a comprehensive workout that targets every major muscle group and pushes your cardiovascular endurance to its limits. As an affiliate HYROX training venue, we provide specialised classes and programs that prepare you for high-intensity HYROX races. Our expert trainers guide you through each stage, ensuring you build the strength, endurance, and agility needed to excel.

Can anyone do HYROX?
Yes! HYROX is available for all fitness levels. There’s a minimum amount of skill required to complete the eight separate exercises and no time limit for completion. Our Evolve coaches can assist all levels of experience from complete newcomers to seasoned HYROX participants.
